Your progress is automatically saved. You can return and continue from where you left off within 24 hours. After 24 hours, incomplete assessments expire and you'll need to start fresh.

RAD (Real-time Assessment Data) is a composite health score indicating the reliability and freshness of your CareerSignature profile:

• 1.5-2.0 RAD: Good — Profile is valid, consider refreshing soon
